Provisión of protection due to cessation of activity by economically dependent autonomous workers. Comentary on the STS of october 27th of 2015

Abstract

The commentary analyzes the provision of protection due to cessation of activities by the economically dependent workers in line with the current considerations expressed by the STS of October 27 of 2015. The key element of this matter is to clarify the scope of the benefits whenever the contract is due. A month before the contract expires the TRADE will pay the unsettled amount without waiting for the payment invitation from the Mutua. The analysis examines the factual record of the sentence and the rationale expressed into effect from a critical aspect.
