Abstract

The Sentence of the Supreme Court of 9th February 2015, RCUD 2288/2014 (JUR 2015\99310) addresses the issue of certifying the existence of a common-law partner regarding the recognition of the right to obtain a widow's pension, arguing that it must be completed through "registration" or through a "public document in which it is recorded the formation of the partnership".
