Partial unemployment protection for acting officer. Spanish Supreme Court Judgment of 15th of september 2015 analysis

Abstract

This study analyzes the jurisprudence about unemployment protection of acting officers. This work looks at a case of partial unemployment, but this jurisprudence could have more general effects. Judicial settlement (by Spanish Supreme Court) in this case opts to offer a material protection of unemployment to public employees without taking full account of formal matters. Protected subjects are preferred instead of a literal interpretation of the legislative text.
