The paper deals with the social protection of part-time work in the Spanish Social Security system, drawing its normative and jurisprudential evolution through which, despite the advances made, some shortcomings are also manifested in various aspects such as integration especially in the area of unemployment, such as the determination of the amount of contributory benefit in the set of maximum and minimum caps and the amount of welfare subsidies when it comes to this contractual modality, which is evidenced in The sentence that is discussed.Downloads
