Abstract

The general social security system consists of three distinct kinds of legal proceedings: appeal against the discharge, workplace accidents and occupational diseases, and supervision of the recognition of rights.

The recipient can disagree with the discharge issued by the managing body or collaborating entity, thus he will be able to appeal it through a specific quick procedure.

The proceedings related to workplace accidents and occupational diseases aim to lay down a specific preventive law that ensures the full protection of the right to life and physical and mental integrity by demanding businessmen to adopt preventive measures.

The supervision of the recognition of rights could be carried out at the request of a party or by the managing body of its own motion, in order to create, modify or extinguish previously established rights in favour of the parties concerned, as well as their ability to unavoidably exercise, modify or extinguish the created right.
