Minimum pension supplement assigned to a separated woman, sole widow before 2008: or better late than never. (Judgment of the SC, 11 October 2017 "Appeal 3911/2015")
Keywords:
Widow's pension, minimum pension supplements, autonomous and not-contributory natureAbstract
The reader will find in this article a comment on the minimum pension supplements on pensions awarded before 2008 to widows, separated and/or divorced women as sole beneficiaries.
