Abstract

This article discusses the change in the social protection system of the domestic workers in its integration into the General Regimen of Social Security as Special System. Are principally reviewed all the normative changes in the new rules of framing and benefits affected. Distinguishing, in any case, the changes produced in the previous compared regulation. And finally, we make a critique of those legal peculiarities that remain without enough objective justification.
