The reform of the provision for cessation

Abstract

This research paper tries to analyze the main modifications introduced by Law 35/2014 on the protection for cessation of activity. The starting point is to identify the main lines of the protection for cessation of activity in regulating lead; for, from there, to make a detailed analysis of the major reforms that have affected matters as the subjective scope of protection, the requirements to access to the protection, the situation of cessation of activity and its accreditation, the contributions and the creation of economic reserves.
