Balance of retirement pensions reforms during the two economic crisis legislatures (2008-2015) in line with the European recommendations

Abstract

At the time of the entry into force Law 40/2007, the financial crisis broke out , and its effects coming into the social sphere; the crisis spilled over the reform and opened a new era for the retirement pension. Two governments of different political colors have passed since then, with each important reforms. This article proposes a balance reconstruction of the measures operated into the retirement pension during these two terms, from an european recomendation point of view, in the end supports the reforms.
