The Updating of Pensions in Germany. A Study from the Point of View of Spanish Law

Abstract

On the basis of our meager increase of the pensions, up to a 0,25 per cent for the current year 2016, this work analyses the legal (structure and conjuncture) foundations leading in Germany, in this same year 2016, to an increase of the contributory pensions up to 42,5 euros per month, in the West Länder, and up to 59,5 euros per month, in the East Länder.
