The senior women and widows in the discussion about the population ageing and the pension's system sustainability

Abstract

The ageing of the population and the contributions need has damaged the loss making pension system sustainability and has caused the obscurity of the age managing politics. The senior women poverty and dependency, caused by a sexist education that has relegated them to the housekeeping during their youth and adult phase and to the care of their grandchild during their old age, must be underlined. Taking into account this situation, the discussion about the need and reason for the widow's pension has been reopened.
