Disability for blindness. Comentary to the Jufgment of TS 10 february 2015

Abstract

The question focuses is whether a person who is able to perceive light or perceptual factors, cognitive environmental stimuli, temporary or others who helped acquire adaptive skills necessary to perform these essential acts of life can be considered or not as percipient of the pension of severe disability, although not specifying permantente assistance of a third person . The conclusion reached this statement is not to be excluded from the classification of severe disability to those affected by a loss of visual acuity to be valued such as blindness.
