About partial retirement in cases of accumulation of the part-time working hours

Partial retirement, a complex institution, has been affected by multiple reform over the last few years. However, none of them has paid attention to the increasing number of cases in which partially-retired workers accumulate the part-time working hours during the period immediately following the conclusion of the contract, so these workers are not required to provide services anymore.
That is why the case law must be taken into account. This article aims precisely to assess with particular reference to the last Supreme Court judgement concerning this matter.Downloads
