The certificate of discharge in case of healing or improvement of the worker allowing him to return to work represents, at first, the ordinary final stage of the temporary disability process. However, one of the most frequent subjects of discussion is the worker's disagreement regarding the issue of the document certifying his health, as it is understood that his occupational capacity has not been regained. The legal and regulatory standards of the procedure are subject to interpretation in order to determine the possible courses of action for the employee to express his disagreement regarding the mentioned medical judgment on healing.
