The legal regulation of the liability derived from subcontracts needs a further legal reform. The spread of this phenomenon, along with the restrictive legal interpretation of Article 42 of the Statute of Workers' Rights and Articles 142 and 168 of the General Law on Social Security, means the reduction of workers' guaranties regarding social security.Downloads
