Main changes in IT management and control delivery: RD 625/2014 of 18 July

Abstract

In this paper the main changes introduced by the new rules text in relation to the management and control processes for temporary disability, less than 365 days are shown. For this, legislative history to the new law are addressed, as this is a matter which has undergone numerous changes in our system. And from there, special emphasis is made to the new regulation of medical parts, especially the medical leave form and confirmation of the medical leave, on which have fallen the most important modifications. Similarly, we focus on innovations in medical discharge proposals made by mutual processes of temporary disability due to common contingencies, as well as in establishing the procedure for determining the cause contingency of temporary disability. Finally, as amended, on one side, in reviewing medical discharge statements issued by the mutual in IT derived from professional contingencies are analyzed and on the other hand, in the monitoring and control of the situation temporary disability and economic benefit.
