The constitutional model provides for the transfer of health competences to the Autonomous Communities, This allows for a decentralized system in which the State must take on an important task of coordinating and setting minimum standards to guarantee equal access to public health. The reality is, however, that territorial inequalities do occur in practical terms, most acutely evident after the economic crisis that took place around 2008-2014, and the cuts that each of the Autonomous Communities adopted in the area of health. In the study presented below, an analysis is made of the implementation of the common services portfolio carried out in Andalusia, highlighting some of the most important differences such as waiting lists and assisted reproduction treatments. It also deepens this study on the legal configuration of the complementary portfolios of services (of autonomic origin) and what has been the main content granted in Andalusia to it.
