Abstract

In the long and masterful academic career of Professor Borrajo Dacruz, one of the subjects analyzed was discrimination based on sex in the calculation of the retirement pension for part-time workers. On the occasion of a pronouncement of the Superior Court of Justice of Murcia, on January 8, 2007, it duly recorded a regulation that continued to be unconstitutional due to the double app. ication of the pro rata temporis principle, as confirmed later, despite the adoption of a legislative amendment that had incorporated some correction coefficients.
