Doctrinal study on the fight against fraud in Social Security by European Union institutions and member states

In line with the increase in social and institutional concern about the defence of work-related rights and about the prevention, detection and fight against irregularities detected in labour relations, the problem is extrapolated to the European Union, studying the implementation of the two main theoretical blocks of deterrent and proactive measures.
Likewise, and in order to make proposals in Spain, the study analyses the target areas, the organisational structure, and some of the measures implemented by France, Germany and Italy in the fight against these frauds that directly attack the foundations of any social welfare state.
