Abstract

Filiation by nature or by adoption, determines access to certain social security benefits , singularly to maternity and paternity . Current possibilities for registrations in stating as parents are no such subjects in biological nor legal terms, hinders the possibility that these social security benefits are profiting . The study aims to expose the one hand , how it has evolved granting such benefits to try , another , concoct some brief proposals for future regulation.
