The integration of agricultural workers in the General Regimen of the Social Security System through a special system, operated by Act 28/2011, of 22 September, completes the process of dissolution of the special agricultural regimen started with the transfer of farmers to the RETA. However, that inclusion is accompanied by numerous and important features concernig to framing, contribution and protection, that this essay conveniently analizes, as well as incipient administrative and judicial doctrine on these matters.Downloads
