The coverage of the protected situation of disability in general, and temporary disability in particular, shows extensive litigation, arising from various factors, two of which we analyse in the present study. The first is the self-interested and restrictive regulations on situations of inability to work, their initiation and termination, along with the evaluation of situations of disability by entities managing Social Security. The second is the pro-administration tendencies shown by legal entities in their decisions in disability proceedings - behind which lies a reprehensible economic motivation.Downloads
