The confines of an occupational accident whilst travelling
Keywords:
work accident, presumption of employment, accident "in itinere", accident "in mission"Abstract
In an innovative way, the Supreme Court is gradually expanding the concept of an occupational accident ("numerus apertus") set forth in the General Social Security Act. In this work, several flagship rulings of the former Supreme Court magistrate, Mr Aurelio Desdentado Bonete, are analysed in relation to the problematic figure of the work accident.Downloads
