Abstract

The set of judicial doctrine that is analysed reveals the complexity and incomplete organization of social security regulations. The virtuality of the referred doctrine focuses on the support and conceptual construction of each of the institutions that are analysed. Although most of the rulings refer to the self-employed regime and its singularities, its theoretical hypotheses have universal validity.
