Abstract

The judgment 708/2015 from Supreme Court from 10 th February ends doubts about the correct interpretation of similar service for the purposes of recognition of maternity benefit in cases of periods child care leave, when the workers do productive activity .This provides a clear interpretation for considering support these activities with the leave, without the loss of the causal nature of this leave or loss of consideration as an equivalent situation.

This judgment 708/2015 extends to other similar cases, as in the case of family care leave. This interpretation can also be applied to cases of paid employment.
