Abstract

The object of this study is the case STS 12-5-2015 R 2664/2014. The case solves an issue about jurisdiction which is the access to suplicacion remedy when the object of suit is the arithmetic difference in a pension. In relationship with the remedy come out two questions, the first one is the amount of the Social Security process and the second one is the eventual existence of general affection.
