Erroneous managing partner framework and obligation to communicate data variation to the Social Security. Comment on Supreme Court Ruling No 1658/2018 of 25 October

Abstract

This is an analysis of the Supreme Court ruling (contentious administrative) which issues judgement on the proper framework of a director and shareholder of a limited company, the assignment of liability about data variation at the Social Security, and the relevance of its extemporaneous modification.
