Abstract

Based on the concept of justiciability, this paper analyzes the main obstacles to accessing, in Mexico, the benefits contained in social security systems as a result of the inefficiency of social security regulations and the application of labor regulations to the field of social security. Fundamental was the consultation of the labor reforms of 2012 and 2019 that impact in the field of social security. From a methodological point of view, the research required the consultation of sources specialized in labor law, bureaucratic labor law, social security law and theory of law, those which, under the guise of deductive and comparative methods, allowed us to offer some proposals for solutions aimed at overcoming the disadvantages of social security legislation and improvement of the anomie and lack of jurisdictional autonomy in the resolution of conflicts of social security.
