Abstract

The no codification of the English normative sources system on social security, together with the continuous modifications such a system suffers, makes the study of the English social security Law a specially hard task. This paper is based on an avoidable methodologic step of having at hand consolidated versions of the normative sources constituiting the structure of the English social security Law. These structural normative sources, up to a number of 6, have been classified in this work in two great groups. Firstly, the one relating to substantive structural Acts of the English normative sources system on social security, which in its essentials are 3 Acts. Secondly, the one relating to proceeding and procedure Acts structuring that same sources system, which are likewise 3 Acts.
