International teleworkers: critical analysis of final provision 5.9 Of law 28/2022, of december 21, on the promotion of the startup ecosystem

Abstract

This paper contains a critical analysis of the legal developments introduced in teleworking through the Final Provision 5.9 of Law 28/2022, of December 21, promoting the ecosystem of companies. On the basis of this provision we will rigorously analyze the regulation that it contains on international teleworking, highlighting the main strengths of the same and the interpretative doubts that still arise in the face of a real practical application of this form of work at the international level.
