Seguridad Social de los Trabajadores Migrantes de Ucrania en los Estados Miembros de la UE

La migración laboral se está convirtiendo en una tendencia creciente en el mercado laboral moderno. El desarrollo de la infraestructura de transporte, el crecimiento de formas no estándar de empleo, la globalización y el desarrollo desigual de diferentes territorios conducen a un aumento en la movilidad de la población trabajadora. La migración laboral tiene aspectos positivos, como la redistribución del trabajo y el aumento de la eficiencia del capital humano. Sin embargo, junto con otros aspectos de un mercado laboral flexible, la migración laboral también puede representar una amenaza para la protección social de los trabajadores. El estudio de los problemas de seguridad social ayuda a evaluar el acceso de estos trabajadores a los servicios sociales y prestaciones necesarios, lo que contribuye a su bienestar y fomenta una mayor contribución a la economía. El propósito del artículo es analizar la seguridad social proporcionada por la legislación de la UE y de los Estados Miembros a los trabajadores migrantes en el contexto de los trabajadores provenientes de Ucrania. Esto nos permite identificar los derechos básicos, obligaciones y principios que rigen la protección social de esta categoría de trabajadores. El análisis de la seguridad social ayuda a determinar qué tan efectiva y completa es su aplicación para los trabajadores migrantes. Además, el propósito del artículo es evaluar el nivel de protección social proporcionado a los trabajadores migrantes según las leyes de la UE y sus Estados Miembros. El principal método de investigación es el método de análisis de sistema, que permite considerar la seguridad social como un sistema complejo que incluye varios componentes, interrelaciones e influencias. Dentro de este método, los autores analizaron el marco legislativo, decisiones, estructura institucional y procesos, aspectos financieros, acceso a servicios y otros factores que afectan la protección social de los trabajadores migrantes.
