Abstract

Taking advantage of a recent judgment of Constitutional Court that confirm the rule designed to regulate the integration of gaps of contributions for part-time workers is reasonable, objective, non random and non-discriminatory, this research not only discusses the foundations of judicial ruling, but goes far beyond: the paper denounces the urgent need for a complete model to organize the social protection of this group.
