Keywords:
Employment, salary, contract, Social Security, pension, subsidyAbstract
This article analyzes the main measures adopted in Italy for 2025 in the fields of Social Security, labor, and inclusion. Generally, it highlights the lack of social dialogue between the government and social partners. In Social Security, notable points include the continuation of early and standard retirement requirements, raising the maximum retirement age for public employees, and the elimination of Social Security reductions for low incomes (replaced by new tax incentives). In labor relations, few significant changes are noted, with slight adjustments in temporary employment limits, probationary periods, and deadlines for mandatory communications regarding remote work. Low-income individuals receiving inclusion subsidies will see increased benefits, and in some cases, extended recognition periods.
