A review of the Social Security protection of temporary staff in the Service of the Administration of Justice, in relation to the Judgement of the Supreme Court of 16 November 2022

The JSC of 16 November 2022 resolves the situation raised as a result of the claim raised by different interim officials of the Administration of Justice for the recognition of the right to be affiliated and registered retroactively in the General Social Security Scheme from the beginning of their working life. Based on this judicial provision, a review of the specific inclusion in the General Social Security Scheme and not in the Special Social Security Scheme for Personnel at the Service of the Administration of Justice is carried out by Royal Decree 960/1990, of 13 July, which considered them as persons assimilated to employed workers.
