Abstract

Internal flexibility can be summarised as a set of measures aimed at providing the company with its adequacy through better management of the workforce. As far as the power of management is concerned, it derives mainly from the employment contract, or more precisely, from the subordination relationship. Today, different forms of productive organisation coexist on the market in companies that modify the traditional exercise of managerial power. The impact of digitalisation and logarithms influences the exercise of productive activity, generating misalignments in the traditional conception of the interpretation of labour standards. It is therefore necessary to establish the present state of the matter and its consequences.
