Glacier Northwest case, decided in 2023, is the last word of the United States Supreme Court on the topic of unnoticed strikes to employer. According to it, such strikes are lawful, as long as the strikers do not violate their duty to prevent risks for persons and employer equipment caused by the unnoticed strike. Always according to said case, this duty is violated when the strikers intended to place at risk the employer equipment, not being necessary for the employer equipment to result in fact damaged.
