Pension of widowhood (widow's pension): divorce and conviviality like unmarried couple

Abstract

It is a question of analyzing, in view of the judicial interpretations, the effects of the reconciliation after the break and the effects with regard to the beneficiary's consideration of a widowhood's pension. The conclusion to the one that comes near, is that beyond a possible flexibiliación of the requirements of the article (at the time) 174 LGSS, there has been implemented a solution that happens for the literal application of the Law, though this one tends to move away from the reality that it tries to regulate.
