Abstract

The reader will find in this article a comment on the minimum pension supplements on pensions awarded before 2008 to widows, separated and/or divorced women as sole beneficiaries. In contrast to the criterion that made its earning and amount subject to the effectiveness of the same percentage, linked to the period of cohabitation applied to pension, the new doctrine proclaims its autonomous and welfare nature in order to recognise them completely.
