Abstract

The first President Donald Trump's Executive Order is precisely his first Executive Order on Social Security Law. It is the first step to repeal President Obama's healthcare legislation, popularly known as Obamacare. After six months of parliamentary debates, the Senate of the United States, frustrating the purpose of such Executive Order, has just paralysed the repeal of the legislation at issue.
