The recent update of the legal regime of American injunctions, carried out by the Supreme Court of the United States in Trump v. CASA, Inc. (2025), is of maximum comparative legal labor interest. On the one hand, because it demonstrates the speed with which judicial pretensions are resolved through such procedure way in the United States. On the other hand, because of the contrast with the petrifaction of the of the norms on labor injunctions contained in the Act 36/2011, Ruling the Social Jurisdiction, untouched by the most recent legal reforms carried out in Spain, supposedly aimed at increasing procedure efficiency.
