One of the topics that has generated more discussion in doctrinal and jurisprudential headquarters has been the one related to the termination of the employment contract of professional footballers. Precisely, in this matter, Professor Borrajo Dacruz elaborates an interesting chapter of book entitled “Termination of the sports work contract by will of the professional footballer”, which he publishes in the collective work entitled: Tribute to Professor Juan García Abellán of the Publications Service of the University of Murcia, 1994. It is a very rigorous study that invites deep reflection, after the enriching analysis of the doctrine and jurisprudence of the moment.
