The impact of COVID: a new Labour Law for a new worker?
Abstract
The world of work has been radically affected by COVID. Thus, social law has become a fundamental tool of recovery and the new order. The regulation and development of labour market institutions become central to national policy making, which, as a consequence of the crisis, must focus on human development and dignity. The right to work after COVID is a stronger and more necessary right than ever.
