In this work, included in the monograph in honor of Professor Efrén Borrajo Dacruz, one of his studies is analyzed, which was included in issue 24 of the Journal of the Faculty of Law of the Complutense University of Madrid in 1999, entitled “Collective Labor Agreements in the 20th Anniversary of the Constitution: Critical Points”.
