Temporary incapacity of public employees in the general system of social security and state-subsidised insurance: remuneration system and collective bargaining

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to define the new role and scope of collective bargaining when setting remuneration supplements for the temporary incapacity of employees and civil servants included in the general social security system and of personnel assigned to state-subsidised social security systems in the light of Law 6/2018 on the General State Budgets for 2018.
