Working Life Assurance: Computation and Effects after Recent Reforms

Abstract

In order to maintain the financial viability of the system, our legal system has chosen to further strengthen the principle of contribution, increasing the importance of working life is proving a subject by their social protection, so that not only determines the amount but retirement age (both ordinary as anticipated) will be determined by the period I quoted stating. Therefore becomes more relevant analysis of the new rules of computation of listed working life and their effects on requirements and benefit levels, rules that have undergone significant changes to Law 27/2011, RD 1716 / 2012 RDL 5/2013, and Law 1/2014 (with new criteria for part-time workers).
