Abstract

The sentence in question analyses the necessary requirements related to the event from which arose a need to access an economic benefit for temporary disability. The assumption in question is based on an operation carried out via private healthcare to eliminate presbyopia and medium hyperopia with astigmatism. The requirements demanded by the General Social Security Law (healthcare and accident or illness which temporarily make work activity impossible) were interpreted according to their purpose to grant the requested protection.
