Abstract

Exploring innovative paradigms that can interpret new health claims and identifying priorities between the need for innovation and equity in collective care is an objective that must be achieved with extreme urgency, especially after the disruptive SARS-COV syndemy 2. This article aims to describe the principles on which the territorial-hospital system in Italy and the social and health services in the motley regional articulation are based. In the socio-health system, the challenge of complexity is characterized by multiple factors, including innovation in the field of health and digitalization. In addition, the need to be able to continue with the sustainability objectives proposed by UN Agenda 2030 arises: The question arises, therefore, of the real possibility of pursuing the challenge of objective 3 health and well-being in the different countries. It is time to redefine useful strategies to renew well-being, recalibrate the health system and promote adequate and sustainable health systems.
