Current outlook on Social Security rebates and incentives derived from recent regulatory changes
Abstract
In order to understand the need to create a new legal text, the first need is for a review of the context and the national historical evolution of rebates in general. Subsequently, there is a detailed description of the regulatory standards of each of the main rebates, reductions and exemptions in force, after the approval of Royal Decree Law 1/2023, alluding to the possible purpose of the regulation sensed when studying its articles.
