Abstract

The need for Social Security protection not be an obstacle to the migraton of workers is usually implemented through the establishment of coordination standards that ensure, in the event of emigration, the application of the principle of equal treatment, the conservation of acquisition. In this sense, various international legal instruments have proliferated, which in many cases overlap, so hat it is not always easy to determine the appropriate international legal instrument, which is why it has become necessary to establish various conflict rules. Thus, some instruments establish rules that exclude other instruments, in other cases it in necessary to adhere to the rules that determine the subjective scope of application of the instruments, or in other cases one may resort to formulas for determining the most favorable norm, since whether to determine the applicable law, the access requirements or the calculation of benefits.
