Abstract

This work performs an analysis on the concession of a survivor's pension to a woman who had married by the Muslim rite with the deceased person, who was already married with another woman, and, consequently, the marriage did not register in the Spanish Civil Registration. From this perspective, the judgment of the High Court of Justice of Andalucia of June 18, 2015, offers the possibility of penetrating on this topic. Nevertheless, the judgement does not closet the discussion on the polygamous marriages.
